I look forward to the transition of At&t
merging with buying out Cingular, I am hoping that we can get 24 customer support instead of the 9 -5 ish kind of waiting that I have had to deal with as a previous cingular customer. I have yet to need to call upon the service people since the buyout has gone through. So far I have not really seen any changes with cell phone reception or drop calls, but I have to wonder what the future holds.
Will the big corporate buyout ge us bette customer service or more red tape and headaches?
