Chili Mac and Cornbread


My Famous Chili Mac

By request, I am making a big pot of chili tonight and taking it to work with me in the morning for a pot luck going away party for our IT guy. Everyone at the office has had my chili mac at least once over the years, as my chili has become my signature dish. I make the chili from both chunks of sirloin and a ground meat. This batch will be using ground venison that my neighbor brought me a couple of weeks ago. I also use cooked macaroni, an assortment of toppings, and cornbread muffins.

It will be sad to see Eugene leave the company. He has been with us for 4 years and i think of him and his wive as good friends.
