Since I’ll be gone for 10 on the business trip, I need to use up all the fresh food in the refrigerator and clean out everything so it doesn’t spoil.
I have an odd assortment of food on hand and would like some inspiration on what to do with it all. I have a site bookmarked for recipes and menus, called www.foodconnect.com and I’ve used it a couple times already. What I like most about this site is that the recipes submitted and shared are by real people, not fancy chefs who have a staff of 6 to fix everything for them and jump to their every command.
I’m going to send in a couple of my favorite recipes and have them do a free nutritional analysis on the recipes for me. That will be helpful as I try to keep track of the carbs and fat in my diet over the next couple of months. After all, beach weather is just 6 weeks away!
