Any time I have to set the alarm for a time earlier than 6:00 am had better be a huge money making or personally fulfilling opportunity or a life changing event. I mean, no one should have to wake up and leave the house before the sun comes up!

My neighbors are about on my last nerve with letting their dogs run free. We do have a leash law in this county and even if we didn’t have the law it is common sense to protect your dog from getting run over and to protect your neighbors kids from a dog bite. There are three houses on my street alone that routines let their dogs roam freely. I’m not sure how to handle this, but I don’t like it.

There have been some tempting commercials for Special K on TV. They say that if you eat a bowl of Special K every morning for two weeks that you can lose enough weight to go down one size of jeans. That seems awfully quick to lose that much weight. But it sure is tempting.

My web browser homepage has been Yahoo for years. I’ve lost track of how many years – at least 15 years, maybe longer. So maybe it is time for a change?

Google has a homepage that is fully customizable with widgets in three columns. They have a selection of themes and skins, and I was attracted to the new comics themes. I have an edgey sense of humor and was very surprised to see one of my favorite comics was actually included in the collection of themes. So I clicked on it and gave it a go. I really like it.
